What we collect
When you send an enquiry or booking request we store your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, party size and any note you write. After a booking is confirmed we collect passport copies for every guest because resorts require them for arrival manifests.
How we use it
To quote and confirm your stay, to contact you about it, and to share the details the resort and our destination partner need to hold and confirm your villa. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it lives and for how long
Your details are stored on our hosting provider's servers with access limited to our booking team. Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can help with repeat trips; passport copies are deleted after your stay ends.
